Aspire means hope or ambition. I love making monthly aspirations because I feel that they often embody “goal-setting” in a way that feels more life-giving, emphasizing my every-day habits and monthly dreams. I have found that cultivating monthly aspirations has helped me cultivate rhythms in a sustainable, playful way. As someone who easily finds themselves going through the motions, or just truly struggling with this idea of present-ness, I have found when I intentionally sit down at the beginning of the month to map out my dreams + hopes, I find myself being more intentional in the day to day. And living intentionally is always worth it.
So here’s my invitation to you to join me in the monthly aspirations, starting with this December. I highly encourage you to invite a friend to take part and to share your aspirations with one another to encourage one another in them throughout the month. Find the download below for the printable December Aspirations! I encourage you to go pick out a paper you like at hobby lobby or joanns (or just use a plain piece of paper if that’s easier), print out this download and cut it out. Put it somewhere you will see it often - on the fridge, on the bathroom mirror or maybe by the bedside.
